Job Description >Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries
>Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages
>Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit; maintain visitor logs; alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office, department or employee
>Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system and file all correspondence
>Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
>General office maintenance and administration
>Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
